A disused ground floor warehouse storage at the rear of a 3-storey Victorian terrace has been converted to a nine en-suite bedroom Bed and Breakfast in Lewisham. The open plan breakfast area opens into an existing courtyard. A new air-well and a series of slot skylights bring ample daylight and ventilation into the interiors of the building. Four bedrooms open directly into a private outdoor patio landscaped garden.

The bedrooms are designed to be modular; served with a modular linear pod designed to incorporate a wardrobe, flat screen TV, coffee-making facilities, shower, WC and wash hand basin and overhead storage for linen.
