The one-storey rooftop addition nestles above the existing five storey Victoria Building, well setback on the main frontage from the existing roof parapet which would give due prominence to the main elevation. The zinc clad extension with sloping walls is subservient in form and massing to the host building; its traditional finish with a vertical joint rhythm provides a befitting top-hat to the host building.
