THE BLURB

This project is a back-land development facing onto the rail tracks in Stamford Hill; providing some six residential apartments above a floor of commercial units. Arranged in a bold cascading form; it provides ample green roofs and private gardens for the apartments and helps to tear itself away from neighbouring buildings. The massing is envisaged as an off-white facing brick clad form with punched in internal balconies with views catered to the lush greenery lining the rail-track. A suspended duplex hovers above the main entrance; a subtle gesture at street level of the presence of this horse-shoe shaped building.
